Y'all have been writing original content here, but some people mine the web for content and reshare it. Alternatively, you might just be searching for inspiration. Either way, Refind could help.

I did my own Refind finding and I got this article on grounding. Apparently it's a TikTok trend. My life will improve if I connect with the earth. I have no plans to go out barefoot tomorrow.
